STRAIGHT WINE CORKS
First quality corks can be sanitized by soaking them in a 1% sulphite solution for 1 hour or steaming 5-10
minutes in a covered boiling pot. Premium quality corks can be used right from the bag. It is not recommended to boil Premium quality corks.

Our first quality corks are made of natural cork, prewashed and filled with natural products, improving
their appearance. The corks are printed with a decorative grape leaf pattern and are chamfered.

Our premium corks are agglomerated and non-chanifered. The corks are printed with a

SYNTHETIC WINE CORKS
Synthetic corks offer immediate advantages over natural corks as they will not dry out or shrink, eliminating evaporation and spoilage.
Made from FDA approved resin, the corks provide instant sealing, trouble free aging and easy extraction.

LABELS
4th & VINE LABEL SYSTEM
4th & Vine are the leaders of customized label products for home brewers and winemakers. They have a large
variety of designs arranged in seasonal and occassional collections of pre-printed labels that are on standard
letter size sheets. Their papers are custom manufactured with a special adhesive backing. The labels can
withstand the cold of an ice bucket without wrinkling and can be removed from the bottle easily by soaking
in hot soapy water for 5 minutes.
Catalog numbers beginning with " A" paper have a semi-gloss finish and are perfect for laser printers. They
also work well with many ink jet printers but results may vary. Catalog numbers beginning with "B" paper
have a matt finish and are suitable for use with ink jet printers and also work well with most laser printers.
Catalog numbers beginning with "C" are laid finish paper and are recommended for use on ink jet printers.
LABEL-MAKING PAPER
