VINTNERS RESERVE WINE KITS
Brew King's original 28-day winemaking kit line is formulated with 7.5 liters of pure varietal grape juice and grape juice concentrate. The kits come complete with all the additives and yeast needed for the particular variety. Using "state of the art" aseptic, nitrogen purged packaging methods, all of the acids, pH, sugars and tannin levels are perfectly balanced and the kits require no additional testing. Yields 6 gallons of wine.

Brew King Grape Concentrate comes in a 500 ml bottle packed in cases of 12. It can be added to wine to increase color, flavor, and sweetness and does not contain any stabliziers. The concentration is three times regular juice and the Brix is 68. Sold individually.

HARDWOOD BUNG (Fits 5 through 10 gallon barrels)

New barrels need to be treated in the following way: fill barrel with a solution of Barolkleen mixed to a strength of 1 pound to 5 gallons of hot water and leave for at least 48 hours. Drain the barrel and flush it with clean water until water runs clear from the barrel. Mix a solution of two ounces of sodium metabisulphite and one ounce of citric acid in two gallons of warm water. Pour this solution in the barrel and roll it around so it comes in contact with all interior surfaces of the barrel. Drain the sulphite solution, rinse the barrel well and fill with wine.
